Michelle backs up DARREN MACK 3
Michelle Kesling, a former social worker and Family court case worker, states Chuck Weller, & Mrs Weller, were, according to attorneys she knew, into the "foursome" thing. Judge Weller ordered Darren Mack, allegedly to pay $20000 a month to the now dead Charla Mack, 2nd Ex-wife. Judge WELLER allegedly was asked during the DARREN MACK criminal Trial in Jan. 2007 if he was sleeping with Charla Mack, or ever had, and Weller allegedly denied it, according to the only TV coverage. Michelle ought to know. Listen. Then ask yourself, why has no investigation of Judge Chuck Weller been done. Are the Nevada Courts and Nevada State BAR so corrupt, that they could not even investigate? Michelle's interview was done in Feb. 2007, Darren Mack was interviewed in end of May 2006 Will Nevadans step up and do a RICO action against the corrupt Judges and attorneys?

Yes, family court judges cause suicides and murders. They put people in poverty by extorting money out of citizens that the judges victimize intentionally.

@wmwagener: As can be shown in this well-made video, Nevada court officials, cops, and even down to county commissioners are possibly the most corrupt in the nation. Even within smaller towns, corruption is almost flaunted as being “normal”, and business as usual. What other recourse could Mr. Mack pursue? When a judiciary behaves with complete disregard of justice, even circumventing justice for secret cash payouts, the taking up of arms is the last resort, and seems justifiably honorable.

After my end of May 06 interiview with Mr. Mack,
called Judge Weller to possibly ask him if he had a “social” connection with Charla Mack. I left a message at his clerks phone, … he never called me back, and on June 12, was shot, but not killed. Darren was pushed over the edge by the greedy system. HIS greedy and HER greedy Lawliars,
Several have accused Weller, to me, of taking bribes, but
no one has produced proof. Its paid in cash. they tell me,
by the lawliars in chambers.

@williamwagener: Considering the cozy relationship between Charla Mack, and Judge Weller, why didn’t Weller remove himself from the case? Could we assume that Weller would have expected a sizable chunk of that $20K/month from Charla Mack? I wouldn’t expect the Nevada Bar, or ANY Bar Association, to investigate Weller. They never will, and never have. They protect their own, even the corrupt ones.

Sounds more like state sanctioned prostitution to me. What’s ILLEGAL here are Family Courts, (No Constitutional authority), and Judge Weller, NOT Darren Mack.

I think child support should be based on your income, If his income was as high as I have heard then YES i do believe that is fair, Darren should provide for his child just like every other divorced man is forced to do, but Darren was sooooo determined to keep his money, his daughter now has to grow up without a mother. We are advocates for peace. But even when I have it all right and I confront the tyranny, the Judges are abusive. If you were not threatened with death in these courts every time you go in do you think that these courts could order such tyranny, abuse and criminal orders?
I fear even when I am right in these courts that they will attack me. I made a judge RUN in SD on 9-23-09 That was with 50 other people being RIPPED OFF!

Darren Mack , was doing interview, because he said, he was afraid corrupt Judge Weller would toss him n jail for refusing to pay $20,000 per month. 2 weeks later he snapped June 12, and killed his greedy wife, and shot one of her alleged lovers, the Familyl Court Judge, Chuck Weller.

Darren Mack is an evil person, and is where he belongs. I saw the 48 hours on this, and it is disgusting that so many people are siding with a murderer. Darren Mack is the sex fiend who took part in group orgies. He fired his first two lawyers and had them put on the stand on a different trial. They said he said he murdered his wife. This guy is a millionaire. He owns the largest string of Pawn shops in Reno.
