David Olofson Update: CNN Lou Dobbs – January 22, 2009
David Olofson was sentenced to 30 months in a federal prison in Minnesota. He was convicted in federal court of transferring a malfunctioning semi-automatic firearm which the ATF claimed was a machine gun. On Thursday, January 22, 2009, GOA Lawyers presented oral arguments in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
