Benchmade Caught False Advertising Listen To Police Officers & Military – BOYCOTT BENCHMADE
www.assistedknife.com Find out everything on the lawsuit against Benchmade. All the facts the whole raw story from the lawsuit filings, the lawyers letters, and all the dirt you can imagine. This is a warning for all knife sellers to not carry Benchmade products and learn from my mistakes. I want to warn everyone about the problems that Benchmade creates for knife sellers and knife users in the United States. Benchmade falsely advertises the Infidel for $460 to the Military and Law Enforcement and claim that I have no rights to voice my opinion on this matter and wants solid proof so I called the police and the military and see for yourself what the answer about the Infidel is.

Good point. I beet them on the Youtube issue, they fucked up so bad with that one and all the harassment that I’m going to have fun filing the small claims court cases against them. $10000 in CO for that one Les D’Ahole. and a few more.
I wonder how much Les D’Ahole had to spend defending himself on the BALI-SONG Trademark with the US Patent Office. Oh and hey Les you dropped those charges against me after I filed the case so another small claims would work there too.

Hey. all this is bull shit, benchmade doesnt really have any right to condone the ass products they make, its not the law to make someone stop talking shit about theyre products, it just not, it doesnt matter what they should say in court, they just try to make stuff “too hard to read” sot the judge HAs to approve this bull

I should also mention that I carry a CRKT M16-14ZSF with the (4″blade)for normal cutting chores, like cutting seat belts etc.
By the way, that first officer in the video above needs to wake up, it doesn’t sound like he’s very prepared. EVERY police offiver with half a brain carries at least one good knife if not more (like in my case) Thanks for the vid and keep up the good work, you have my full support.

I just read Capt. Kernea’s post..
There are several special reasons to carry an OTF and his is one. I am a Deputy Sheriff and I just ordered a Airborne Thrasher for the sole purpose of keeping in my left (Non gun side) cargo pants pocket. It’s so if someone tries to grab my gun out of the holster from behind I can trap it in the holter with my right and retrieve the OTF with the other, either that or the push dagger I carry hidden on my belt. When it comse to life or death anything goes.

it’s not ‘deflamatory’
March 14th, 2010 at 3:18 am
The truth was really answered with the calls I placed and you can’t hide from the facts, you can bitch and moan that I did it but Benchmade demanded that I prove my point because they are crying defamation, so the customers who they market to clearly spoke about what they use in the field and can’t argue with them on that. I don’t think anyone can except others in the field.
March 14th, 2010 at 4:00 am
The point was clear as day when the police officer clearly stated that he saw no reason for an officer to carry a dagger blade. The point is that I am entitled to my own opinion on things and Benchmade should not sue people on the basis of false allegations but you obviously don’t know the entire story at all or a Benchmade fanboy and then if that is the case you are completely useless to talk to.

great job roadside 5stars, unlike the crapy BMknifes ill never buy a BM after this
March 14th, 2010 at 4:50 am
wtf… that Benchmade company just wants to sue you for the heck of it!!!
i feel sorry for you : (
hope you can find a solution for that problem… best wishes… shark…
March 14th, 2010 at 5:44 am
I was quoting him, actually..
But if i was a Police Officer I would probably carry a singe edged, partly surraded knife, most likely spring assisted.
March 14th, 2010 at 6:06 am
That matches the first Police Officer and what he said. So then the opinions are rolling in, thanks for the support and opinions much appreciated.
March 14th, 2010 at 6:38 am
Knife? No! I like paramedic shears way better!
March 14th, 2010 at 7:02 am
i agree that you shouldnt be sued over such a opinion either but EVERY body is so fast to settle things in court theses days. everybody’s feelings get hurt over the dumbest crap. i wish you luck with dealing with the company.
March 14th, 2010 at 7:48 am
Fair enough your opinion, should you be sued over it? The statements are my opinions and those where the first 5 phone calls I made, I could continue on and see what others would say, that is a valid point, but my sole point is that my opinion is just that and in my own personal belief, I find it highly unlikely that a police officer would carry a dagger blade. It is my opinion but based on my experience and can be seen with just a few phone calls. I shouldn’t be sued over an opinion.
March 14th, 2010 at 7:48 am
some officers might carry a dagger style blade as a last ditch. so you cant just talk to a few people and get what your looking. i do see what you are saying but you never know man. i mean out of the millions of Police Officers & Military personel to get the anwser your looking for you would have to interveiw all of them and then graph the numbers out. just my opinion.
March 14th, 2010 at 7:52 am
There you go more opinions that agree with mine, maybe Benchmade will sue you for your opinion now.
Pretty funny everyone is allowed their opinions but I am not. That is the point I am trying to establish.
I want my rights protected, I don’t want Benchmade to use the government to take away my rights.
So bringing this to light is very important to put Benchmade in check with reality and ultimately force them to behave themselves.
March 14th, 2010 at 8:21 am
Otf knive are no good for combat the best knife to have is a fix blade and that’s a fact
March 14th, 2010 at 9:19 am
well 230 is a little better, but what are you really paying for, is it just money so the fatcats at bkc can get fatter? i know 154cm steel costs alot, but not that much.
March 14th, 2010 at 10:14 am
It simply is not and after I posted the first video about the Infidel they changed the blade configuration to offer drop point models and the price has dropped to $230. Still way overpriced for the knife even at that price. But the good thing is that I did make things change.
March 14th, 2010 at 11:08 am
So now this question is for everyone, Capt. Kernea is an honorable man who puts his life on the line for both me and you serving in the US Airforce and defends our country, now looking at the failure of the Benchmade Infidel would this be a good choice to market to these guys?
A knife with such a week spring device sold for the sole use as the Capt. explained or should I recommend a Microtech over all for this situation?
My call is the Microtech, Piranha, MOD, and then the clone models.
March 14th, 2010 at 11:18 am
well i guess its just all about what a person demands or requires. but still $400 freakin dollars, what makes them think its really worth that much?
March 14th, 2010 at 12:01 pm
Capt. Kernea continues:
I am putting together a group buy for a group of fellow pilots we are looking for a DA knife with belt clip and a double edged (non-serrated) blade to go in our flight gear. We fly ejection seat aircraft (currently, all of us are assigned to the T-38C as instructors, though all major weapon system backgrounds are represented), and need a reliable knife to use in the event of a post-ejection parachute riser / line malfunction.
March 14th, 2010 at 12:23 pm
True I won’t deny that either but these phone calls where the first 5 calls I did and you would think I would get someone who used a dagger blade.
Here is what Airforce Capt. Kernea asked me:
I have been reviewing your website and several videos (your benchmade infidel video was especially humorous).
